Lately, things haven’t been too awesome for me. See my previous post for an update. I’ve had to really step back and re-evaluate a lot of things in my life while I process the hard stuff.
One thing I really like when I’m trying to make a change is a good old challenge. So I took to Google to find a nice 30-day challenge. One problem – I didn’t like ANY of them. I don’t want to exercise every day. I don’t want to eat healthy every day. I just want to chip away at the things that I need to do, while slowly feeling like I am getting back on track.
So, in true Steph Style, I wrote my own challenge. It’s a mixture of adulting tasks, cleaning, self care, and administrative stuff. It’s all stuff that I need to do, and just haven’t done regularly, if at all. For the next five weeks, every day I’ll be sharing a task, what to do, why to do it, how to do it, and how it went for me.
